How to view Patta Chitta online on the eservices.tn.gov.in website?
- Open https://eservices.tn.gov.in/eservicesnew/index.html
First of all, to view Patta chitta land record online in Tamil Nadu, you have to visit the homepage of eservices.tn.gov.in website.
- Go to View Patta Copy / A-Register Extract.
On the homepage, there are three sections. In the first section, locate the option to View Patta Copy / A-Register Extract.
- Click on View Patta & FMB / Chitta / TSLR Extract option.
Now, you will see two links in the section. To view tamil nadu patta chitta online, click on the first option – View Patta & FMB / Chitta / TSLR Extract.
- Select district for land record.
In next page, you will see list of districts in Tamil Nadu. From the list, select the district you want to check land record of.
- Select Area type.
After you have chosen your patta chitta district name, choose the type of area. You will have two options – rural and urban. Choose the one you want to.
- Select Taluk.
On the next step, you will have to select the taluk for which the land record or patta chitta has to be checked.
- Select Town, ward and block.
Then, you will see three options. For the taluk you have chosen above, you will see a list of town and then ward or block. Choose the address according to your land record requirements.
- Enter survey number and Sub Division Number.
According to the patta number, you have to provide your land survey number and sub division number.
- Authenticate and submit patta chitta form online.
Now, you have to enter the authentication value provided there. Post that, submit the form and you will be able to view patta chitta for your survey number.

- Choose your district and sub-registrar office.
- Enter your EC start date and end date.
- Provide your land survey details.
- Choose your village to view tnreginet ec online.
- Enter survey number with sub-division number as shown in image below.
