LRS 2023 Last Date

Government of Telangana has changed the last date of LRS 2023 application. The new last date for LRS Telangana 2023 is 31st October 2023. Applicants who have still not submitted the application form for the Telangana Layout Regularization Scheme 2023 can now submit the form through above mentioned process.

What are risk of not regulating the layout?

You will not get any building permission if you do not regularize the layout under LRS 2023 Scheme. Registration of such plots will be denied by government.

Yes, all Telangana State gram panchayat come under the layout regularizing scheme.

What is eligibility for LRS registration?

The LRS 2023 scheme is applicable only for those land or plot owners who have registered their sale deed executed before 26-08-2023.

Can layout regulating fees be paid in installments?

Yes, You need to pay a fees of Rs.1000 at the time of LRS application. If you are not an individual and have a layout plot, you will pay a fees of Rs.10000.
