West Bengal School Education Department provides you with online teacher transfer facility through the iOSMS Mutual transfer option. For that, you are required to follow these steps as mentioned –

iOSMS Mutual Transfer process –

• Go to osms.wbsed.gov.in
• Click on Teacher Transfer
• Open OSMS Teachers Login page
• Select your subdivision
• Enter teacher login details
• Enter teacher PAN Card number
• Verify OTP
• Submit the form and login into the iOSMS Mutual Transfer page
• Open Mutual Transfer Management page
• Select I know my matching application option.
• Enter teacher unique code
• Click on proceed
• Or select Initiate Mutual Transfer Proposal
• Enter preferred district
• Choose subdivision
• Click on Proceed
• Submit the form and the teacher transfer application will be completed.
