Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) is a retirement fund set up by the Government of India to provide a secure economic future for its citizens. It is one of the most popular investment schemes in India, and is especially beneficial for those who are salaried employees. If you are a salaried employee, it is important to keep track of your EPF account balance so that you can plan your retirement savings accordingly.
Fortunately, checking the balance of your EPF account is now easier than ever before. EPF members can now access their EPF account details online, in the form of an EPF passbook. This passbook contains a detailed record of all the transactions that have been made in your EPF account, including contributions made by you, your employer, and the government.
To check your EPF passbook, you need to login to the EPFO portal. Once logged in, you can view your passbook by clicking on the EPF passbook tab. Here, you can view all the transactions that have been made in your EPF account. You can also view the balance in your EPF account.
You can also download your EPF transaction list from the EPFO portal. To do this, first login to the portal and then click on the ‘Download’ tab. Here, you can select the ‘EPF Transaction List’ option. This will generate a list of all the transactions that have been made in your EPF account. You can then save this list as a PDF file.
To login to your EPF account, you need to have your Universal Account Number (UAN) and your password. Once you have these details, you can visit the EPFO portal and login with your UAN and password. Once logged in, you can view your EPF passbook and download your EPF transaction list.
