First method to find TNEB Consumer Number is by checking it on your TANGEDCO counter receipt. Whenever you go to a TANGEDCO counter to make your TNEB electricity bill payment, you are given a receipt which you can use to find your TNEB Consumer Account number.

1. Get any old TANGEDCO counter receipt for your bill.
2. Check for yellow mark for 12 digit code.
3. That code is the Consumer number of your TNEB Account.
4. Remove hyphen from the number and use it as your TNEB Consumer Number.

Check TNEB Service Number on TANGEDCO e-Receipt

When you make an online payment for your TNEB eb reading bill, you get an e-receipt as acknowledgement after the payment. That e-receipt has TNEB consumer number mentioned on it.

Locate the consumer number using following method –

• Open any old TANGEDCO e-receipt if you have.
• Go to the Service number section of the receipt.
• Check for the 12-digit number or 11-digit number.
• That number is your TNEB Service number.

Find TNEB Consumer Number with Region Code

If you want to check TNEB Consumer number with region code too, use this guide –

• Take your TANGEDCO White Meter Card.
• Go to Know your Region option on TNEB portal or TANGEDCO portal.
• Find your region code from there.
• Now, in your White meter card, 10 digit number.
• Put your region code before the 10 digit code.
• The 12-digit code now created with both numbers is your TNEB Consumer number.
