IFHRMS Pay Slip Download PDF – epayroll @ karuvoolam.tn.gov.in

To download the Pay Slip or Salary Slip through the TN IFHRMS website, use following process –

1. Go to http://karuvoolam.tn.gov.in/web/tnta/home .

   To download the IFHRMS pay slip in PDF, go to the official website of Karuvoolam.

2. Enter User ID and password.

   Now, login using your IFHRMS login ID and password.

3. Open 4th tab called IFHRMS

   In the dashboard, click on the option of IFHRMS.

4. Click on Finance option for salary bill

   Now, you will see many option in the IFHRMS dashboard. Click on the Finance button on the next page.

5. Now, open the last option called Payroll

   In that page, scroll to the last option and then click on Payroll link to get your payslip.

6. Click on Results option.

   Then, in the payroll section, choose the option that says ‘result’.

7. Enter DDO Code

   In the result section, you are required to enter your DDO code if you want to download your IFHRMS Payslip in PDF.

8. Enter Period name

   Choose the time period for which you want the salary bill to be generated.

9. Provide salary bill type

   In the next option, choose from various bill type. Recheck and confirm before proceeding.

10. Enter bill group for salary slip downloading,

    Once you have selected the salary bill type, you will now have to enter the bill group to find which slip you want to download.

11. Search the employee for the pay slip

    Then, you will see the employee list in the group. Choose the employee you want to download salary slip of.

12. Now go to pay Slip section

    Now, you will have to go to the IFHRMS pay slip section. Once you have selected the employee, their details are shown there. Confirm and proceed.

13. Download IFHRMS pay slip in ZIP formatAdd image

    Now, you can download the payslip in ZIP file. Download the IFHRMS pdf pay slip there.

14. Extract the ZIP file to get pay slip in PDF format

    Once you have downloaded the ZIP file, you can use any extractor to extract the PDF payslips.
