How to apply for Bihar post matric scholarship through the pmsonline.bih.nic.in website portal?

Institution registration should be done first.
For Bihar 10th passed scholarship scheme application, first the institutions need to visit the official portal of pmsonline.bih.nic.in and then complete their institution registration process. Now, once they complete the registration, they will get their login details on SMS and Email. Now, they need to login and submit complete scholarship registration form to register their institute and courses eligible for Bihar student scholarship.
